Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily fit a clamp that is fitted to a wiring harness, into a fitting hole at a vehicle body side.SOLUTION: The clamp for wiring harness includes a wiring harness fitting member, temporary fixing means, and final fixing means. A wiring harness is fitted to the wiring harness fitting member. The temporary fixing means defines a center of a top face of a substrate for an anchor as a pressing seat and, in the temporary fixing means, an anchor member with which a blade-like lock part is provided protrusively from a bottom face of the substrate for the anchor is provided as a separate body. From a proximal end to a distal end of one end of the top face of the substrate for the anchor in a width direction, a joint part of the wiring harness fitting member is overlapped in a freely slidable manner. Before the lock part of the anchor member is inserted and locked into the fitting hole at the vehicle body side, the proximal end of the substrate for the anchor and a distal end of the joint part of the wiring harness fitting member are temporarily fixed. The final fixing means defines the center of the top face of the substrate for the anchor as a pressing seat at a temporary fixing position and, in the final fixing means, a lock part is provided protrusively just at a lower side of the pressing seat. After the lock part is inserted and locked into the fitting hole at the vehicle body side, the joint part of the wiring harness fitting member is slid and finally fixed to a the distal end of the substrate for the anchor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
