To provide a small clamp with a simple structure so as to be detachable by attaching a function of releasing the engaging condition of a latching nail if it is pressed against a holding part having a function of holding a flexible member.

This clamp comprises first and second holding parts 11, 12 for holding wire harnesses W1, W2, first and second latching legs 21, 22 for latching both of the holding parts 11, 12, and a jointing part 30 for joining both of the latching legs 21, 22. The jointing part 30 is formed into a cross sectional U shape with a plate spring member opening in the downward direction, and is provided with a spring function in which a pair of latching nails 23, 24 approach each other by pressing the first holding part 11 and the second holding part 12 so as to be close to each other and the pair of latching nails 23, 24 are separated from each other by the release of the pressed state. A holding part 10 has a function of releasing the engaged state of the latching nails, when it is pressed.
