The clamping prevention panel 10 is installed on the vehicle roof 1 constituted by a body panel 2 provided with a first opening part 22 opened/closed by a movable panel 21 and a ceiling panel 3 for forming a ceiling of the cabin 4 below the body panel 2 and having a second opening part 32 opposed to the first opening part 22. The clamping prevention panel 10 is fixed to any one of the body panel 2 and the ceiling panel 3 below the first opening part 22 and the movable panel 21, and partitions the first opening part 22 and the cabin 4.
