To provide filter units with fans in two or more longitudinal and lateral arrays.
A clean booth comprises the filter unit 1 with fans composed of the fans and filters, having air blowoff ports in the lower face, and mounted to a mounting frame 7. The filter unit 1 with fans is mounted to the mounting frame 7 through a butt type receiving member 20 opened at the bottom face center, formed with placing pieces at the peripheral edge and provided with locking pieces extended outward along the upper edge of a side wall. The filter unit 1 with the fans is placed on the placing pieces of the butt-type receiving member 20 through a sealing material, and the locking pieces of the butt-type receiving member 20 are mounted to the mounting frame 7 through a sealing material while holding a shielding material 10 between the locking pieces and the mounting frame 7. The mounting frame 7 is formed as a grated mounting frame 7 comprising three or more longitudinal frame members 8 and shorter lateral frame members 9 laid between the longitudinal frame members 8.
