To provide a technology with which failures in toner conveyance can be prevented.

The cleaner 120 includes a housing 122 for storing toner scraped by a cleaning blade 121; a blocking sheet 124 by which toner scraped by the cleaning blade 121 is temporarily blocked in an area near the leading edge of the cleaning blade 121; a passage port 125 disposed in the blocking sheet 124 and allowing toner blocked by the blocking sheet 124, to flow through the blocking sheet 124 towards the housing 122; a conveying member 126 rotated to convey toner discharged from the passage port 125; and a guide 127, formed from a sheet of resin material, allowing toner discharged from the passage port 125 to be guided to the conveying member 126, and are brought into contact with the conveying member 126, thereby vibrating accompanying as the conveying member 126 rotates. The guide 127 is located at a position lower than the passage port 125.
