To provide a cleaner for a splicer device provided in a device such as a knitting machine using a yarn and capable of sucking and removing fiber dust efficiently even if this cleaner cannot receive supply of suction force sufficiently.
The compressed air to be supplied into a nozzle in a splice nozzle 4 through a solenoid valve 31 is divided into flows from a supply side by a solenoid valve 32 and is introduced into suction nozzles 11, 12 to generate negative pressure around the flows of the compressed air. Since a suction port 8 sucks and removes fiber dust by utilizing the negative pressure generated by the suction nozzle 11, the compressed air to be supplied into the splice nozzle 4 can also be used to suck and remove the fiber dust caused in splicing yarns. Consequently, fiber dust can be efficiently sucked and removed by utilizing the compressed air to be supplied into the splice nozzle 4 for splicing yarns even if this cleaner cannot receive supply of suction force.
