To provide an elevator restoration system in disaster capable of improving efficiency of restoration work itself in the disaster.
This restoration system is provided with a storage part 15 provided in a mobile communication terminal unit 12 and receiving and storing a control operation release key 13 transmitted from a maintenance control center 30 of an elevator by radio communication, a terminal unit transmitting and receiving part 22 provided in the mobile communication terminal unit 12 to transmit the control operation release key 13 to an elevator controller 1 and receive the information transmitted from the elevator controller 1, a controller side transmitting and receiving part 8 provided in an arbitrary section of the elevator controller 1 to receive the control operation release key 13 transmitted from the terminal unit transmitting and receiving part 22 and transmit required information to the terminal unit transmitting and receiving part 22, and an operation control part 17 for releasing disaster time control operation set by the elevator controller 1 based on occurrence of disaster after receiving the control operation release key 13 from the terminal unit transmitting and receiving part 22 by the controller side transmitting and receiving part 8.
