To provide a cleaning apparatus in which anyone can easily replace a cleaning implement.
The cleaning apparatus 10 includes a holding part 20 with a freely openable and closable opening 12 for holding the cleaning implement 42, and a grip part 11 provided continuously to the holding part 20. The holding part 20 includes a first holding member 13 integrated with the grip part 11, a second holding member 21 provided separately from the first holding member 13 and connected to the first holding member 13 at a prescribed position, and a lever 30 provided on the opposite side of the first holding member 13 relative to a prescribed position for operating the opening and closing of the opening 12. The lever 30 is curved so that the upper side is concaved when the first holding member 13 is positioned so as to be the lower side in the state where the opening 12 is closed, and is inverted when operating the opening 12 to be at a desired opening degree.
