Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the lubrication performance and remarkably decrease the exchange frequency of lubrication oil, by applying ultrasonic radiation having a specific frequency range to an aqueous lubrication oil containing dispersed scum, and removing the coagulated and floated scum.
CONSTITUTION: An aqueous lubrication oil W containing dispersed scum is supplied from the lubrication oil tank 1 through the lubricated working region 3 to the lubrication oil cleaning tank 2, in which ultrasonic radiation of 15W 100kHz is radiated from the ultrasonic vibrator 4 via the main body of homogenizer 5, the vibrator 6 and the horn 7 to the oil W. The scum is coagulated and floated by this treatment to obtain cleaned lubrication oil W.
