Abstract:
To provide a cleaning device of an apparatus screening a material suitable for fermentation which can avoid a clog of a screening surface to screen a material suitable for fermentation such as a light-weight waste paper from the fermentation raw material that is a material to be processed.SOLUTION: A cleaning device of an apparatus screening a material suitable for fermentation comprises: a vane wheel in which crushing blades are attached in a circumferential direction of a rotational shaft installed in a horizontal attitude and along an axial direction thereof; and a cylindrical drum which is arranged covering the vane wheel and a peripheral wall of which includes a screening surface. A material suitable for fermentation is screened through the screening surface from fermentation raw material crushed by impact of the crushing blades. The cleaning device of an apparatus screening a material suitable for fermentation includes: a sliding tool holder which is attached to the crushing blade in an attitude where a longer direction thereof is along the shaft direction; and a sliding tool a base end part of which is detachably constituted along the shaft direction with respect to the sliding tool holder. A tip of the sliding tool slides on an inner peripheral surface of the screening surface in conjunction with rotation of the crushing blade to clean the screening surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
