Abstract:
To provide a cleaning device that can maintain toner conveyance performance, and an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A cleaning device comprises: a housing; a cleaning blade; a toner conveyance path; a conveying screw; a first flicker; and a second flicker. The conveying screw has a rotation shaft rotatably supported inside the toner conveyance path and a spiral blade formed on an outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft. The first flicker has a first base and a plurality of first contact pieces. The second flicker has a second base and a plurality of second contact pieces. An angle of inclination θ1 in a predetermined rotation direction of a line of action of a resultant force of a pressing force of the first flicker and a pressing force of the second flicker with respect to the rotation shaft is between an angle of rotation θ2 of a normal with respect to a tangent line closer to the second flicker of a pair of tangent lines passing through a leading end of the cleaning blade and an outer peripheral surface of the conveying screw and an angle of inclination θ3 of the normal with respect to a tangent line closer to the first flicker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
