To provide a toner conveying device that can maintain toner conveyance performance.SOLUTION: A toner conveying device comprises: a toner conveyance path; a conveying screw; a first flicker; and a second flicker. The conveying screw has a rotation shaft. The first flicker has a plurality of first contact pieces that are in contact with a portion of an outer peripheral surface of the conveying screw, the portion above the rotation shaft and arranged side by side along a rotation shaft direction, and presses the conveying screw with the first contact pieces in a first direction directed to the bottom of the toner conveyance path. The second flicker has a plurality of second contact pieces that are in contact with a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the conveying screw, the portion below the rotation shaft and arranged side by side along the rotation shaft direction, and presses the conveying screw with each second contact piece in a second direction being the direction opposite to the first direction. In a first area opposite to the center part in the rotation shaft direction of the conveying screw, the pressing force of the first flicker is smaller than the pressing force of each second flicker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
