PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage articles completed the cleaning by preparing and storing cleaning management information of each object based on identification information which individually identifies a cleaning management object and inputted management information of the cleaning management object.
SOLUTION: Identification information 53 of a management object which is read by a reading means 52 and management information 55 inputted by an input means 54 are inputted and recorded in a management information preparation part 84 by an input part 1(81) and an input part 2(82) respectively. The prepared record is stored in an information holding means 71 by an input/ output part 86. when a claim about delivered goods is brought by a customer, the identification information 53 attached to the article is read by a reading means 52, a management information retrieval part 83 searches to find the record of the management information 55 from the information holding means 71, and the content is displayed on a display device 57. The name of a factory cleaning the article and the cleaning conditions are confirmed from the content of the displayed record so that the cause of the claim can be grasped.
