Abstract:
To efficiently remove a stain sticking to a molding face of a mold for tire vulcanization.
The stain sticking to the molding face is swollen by supplying and contacting wet and saturated steam below 100C in a swollen position B on a molding face of the tire vulcanization mold constituting a mold assembly body 24. After that, the tire vulcanization mold described above is transferred to a removal position G by a carrier means 78, then pellets of dry ice are injected from an injection nozzle 89 to the marking molding face, and then as the stain is swollen by wet and saturated steam, the satin can be removed easily and effectively.
