Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform simple cleaning without inspecting a number of feed rollers, disposed along a conveyance line for a metallic sheet, one by one and to perform cleaning of even a feed roller covered with a cover without removing the cover.
CONSTITUTION: A panel 5 for cleaning a roller on the surface and the back of which sticky layers formed of urethane pressure-sensitive adhesion rubber are formed is properly conveyed by means of a conveying device 1 having a conveyance line L for a metallic sheet wherein a plurality of sets of paired upper and lower feed rollers 2 and 3 are arranged in juxtaposition, and contaminants adhered on the peripheral surfaces of the feed rollers 2 and 3 are adhered to the sticky layer.
