Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method for a work piece that can remove surely a foreign matter at a hollow part of the work piece.SOLUTION: A cleaning process S100 for cleaning a hollow part Wo of a work piece W with cleaning liquid C performs: a first cleaning step S110 that directs a maximum opening part Am of the hollow part Wo of the work piece W downward, immerses the work piece W in the cleaning liquid C, while inclining the work piece W at 45° relative to a horizontal direction so that a direction, in which the cleaning liquid C is exhausted from the hollow part Wo of the work piece W toward the maximum opening part Am, is not the same as a horizontal direction and a vertical direction, and then pulls up the work piece W from the cleaning liquid C; and a second cleaning step S120 that directs the maximum opening part Am of the hollow part Wo of the work piece W downward, immerses the work piece W in the cleaning liquid C while inclining the work piece W at 45° relative to the horizontal direction so that an inclination posture of the work piece W is different from the inclination posture of the work piece W in the first cleaning step S110, and then pulls up the work piece W from the cleaning liquid C.
