Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time from the start of temperature rise until the start of distilled water takeout.SOLUTION: A vaporization processing method comprises: a vaporization step for separating a foamable fluid to be accepted into concentrated fluid and vapor; a heating step for rising temperature of the concentrated fluid from start time temperature to ebullition start temperature; and a heat keeping step for keeping temperature of the concentrated fluid. The heat keeping step is executed before executing the heating step[0-T0], and when executing the heating step, the heating step is performed continuously [T0-T1] or intermittently[T0-T2].
