The tip of a handle H is provided with the first washing part 3 which washes the inner peripheral surface of a receptacle 1, and the middle of the handle H is provided with the second washing part 4 which washes the outer peripheral surface of the receptacle 1 and a position adjusting means A which can adjust the setting location of the second washing part 4 corresponding to the first washing part 3 in the longitudinal direction of the handle.
