Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cleansing cosmetic which has excellent usability, spread to the skin in use, compatibility with stain, is excellent in cleaning property, rinsing property and feed after use and improved in stability with time and is good in restoring property at low-temperature storage.
SOLUTION: This cleansing cosmetic comprises (a) an oily component liquid at 25°C, (b) a sorbitan fatty acid ester nonionic surfactant, (c) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester nonionic surfactant and (d) a nonionic surfactant obtained by esterifying a polyoxyethylene sorbitol having the average addition molar number of ethylene oxide of 20-100 with 1-5 mol equivalents of a fatty acid, in the ratio of 40-70 wt.% of (a), 1-10 wt.% of (b), 1-10 wt.% of (c), 15-35 wt.% of (d) and 20-50 wt.% of (b+c+d) and in the weight ratio (b+c)/d of (b+c) to (d) of 1/10-1/1.
