Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic composition having an excellent skinfeel (nongreasy feel), make-up and grease removal properties and cleansing effect compatible to conventional cold cream.
SOLUTION: This clear cold cream cosmetic composition comprises (i) about 1-50 wt.% water content, (ii) about 1-60 wt.% 2-6C polyhydric alcohol, (iii) about 1-50 wt.% poly(2-4C alkoxylate) polymer, (iv) about 0.1-40 wt.% 10-20C hydrocarbon and (v) an effective amount of silicone emollient.
