Abstract:
To provide a clamp enabling fine adjustment of a flow rate even by hand by employing a manual configuration while taking advantage of a mechanism of narrowing a flow path by bending a tube into a dogleg shape and making an acute angle in the dogleg shape.SOLUTION: A clamp comprises: a leaf spring-shaped main part 3 bent to form a pair of opposing parts 9, 15, with a middle part 5 in a length direction as a flexural center X; and a run-out window 7 formed in the middle part 5 across the flexural center X. A tube T is set along an inner bend surface of the main part 3 to bend the main part 3. In a water stopping state, the folding center of the tube T passes through the run-out window 7 and outwardly runs out. The flexure of the main part 3 can be adjusted by turning a screw part 25 screwed into a nut 19 of each side arm 21, 21 rotatably attached. A circumferential distance in which a head part 25b is rotated is significantly longer than a distance by which a conventional roller member is moved even with a same amount of flow rate change, resulting in improved controllability and fine control of the flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
