Abstract:
To realize a stable discharge rate and a life extension of a diaphragm in a pump device.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for a diaphragm and a retainer comprises: the diaphragm formed in a disk shape, comprising a fixed part located in an outer peripheral part, a movable part located in a central part, and a connection part connecting the fixed part and the movable part, and in which the side facing a pump chamber is a front side, and the side opposite to the pump chamber is a back side; and the annular retainer supporting the back side of the movable part of the diaphragm, and to be reciprocated in an advancing/retreating direction to the pump chamber together with the movable part. The diaphragm comprises a first R shape part recessed to the side of the pump chamber, on the back side of a boundary part between the movable part and the connection part. The retainer includes: a contact part in contact with the back side of the diaphragm; and a second R shape part protruding to the side of the pump chamber from an outer peripheral position of the contact part, and adapted to the first R shape part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
