To provide a click device in which an energizing force acts in a wider range, as for the click device for moving a moving member to a prescribed position.
The click device is assembled into the adapter main body 11 of a lens cap device 2A and a cap member 12 freely rotatably attached and movable between a closed position Pa and an open position Pc. The click device is constituted so that one click ball 37 comes near the inclined surface 12p0 of a wide click groove 12p in a state where the other click ball 36 comes halfway from the closed position Pa where the ball 36 is fitted into the click groove 12k to the open position Pc where the ball 36 is fitted to a clock groove 12m. Then, a force moving into the open position Pc is applied by the click ball 37 halfway from the closed position Pa to the open position Pc, then, the cap member is energized toward the open position Pc in the longer range.
