To provide a melting and casting integrated apparatus, in which the present technical problem in a closed furnace is dissolved and the apparatus is not too large scale as the whole body and therefore, it can be installed while restraining the equipment cost and the operation can optionally be executed under atmosphere of pressurizing, vacuum or controlled state and the operating cost is low.
In an induction melting furnace composed of a furnace body 1, in which a refractory lining 12 is applied in a bottomed cylindrical vessel 11 withstood to a prescribed inner pressure and a coil 13 for induction heating is arranged, and a cover body 2 having a gas flowing passage for introducing atmosphere gas in the furnace, a mold having a structure connected with the upper space in the melting furnace and extended to a horizontal direction therefrom and withstood to the above pressure in the air-tight state, is fitted so as to be attachable/detachable to the furnace body, and an tilting device 6 for integrally tilting the melting furnace and the mold, are provided, and thus, the apparatus is constituted so that the molten metal 6 produced in the melting furnace can be poured from the upper space of the melting furnace into the mold.
