To provide a cloth member on which a connection member for allowing electrical interconnection without reducing flexibility of the cloth member itself is attached at the side portion of a cloth member body.
A cloth member 3 of the present invention includes: a cloth member body 7 having a plurality of conductive wire members 5 that can produce heat by energization; and connection members 9 attached on side portions of the cloth member body 7 and having conductivity to allow electrical interconnection of the plurality of conductive wire members 5. End portions of the plurality of conductive wire members 5 form exposed portions 5A exposed from the side portions of the cloth member body 7, and each connection member 9 is weld so as to sandwich the exposed portions and the side portion of the cloth member body 7 to allow the electrical interconnection of the plurality of conductive wire members 5. Weld portions 15 are thus formed by the welding and are arranged substantially linearly in a discontinuous manner while having non-weld portions 17 interposed therebetween.
