An LED lighting device 100 includes one set of substantially parallel prism sheets 3a, 3b with ridge lines of a plurality of prisms arranged in a concentric state, and a plurality of LED light sources 1a, 1g or the like located between the prism sheets and located on a circle substantially parallel and concentric with the prism sheets, wherein bright lines formed on the prism sheets are seen to be rotated when the LED light sources are lighted up one by one in order, the bright lines are formed on the prism sheets with the light of the LED light sources when lighting up the LED light sources, the bright lines are formed on the prism sheets with the light from the LED light sources reflected with reflectors 4a, 4b, and the bright lines are formed on the prism sheets with the light from LED light source reflected with the reflectors.
