A clothing attachment tool 1 includes: a long elastic belt 4 formed of an elastically deformable material; a button fitting part 5 provided on one end of the elastic belt 4; a button 6 attached to the button fitting part 5 and capable of being hooked on a sleeve side button hole 11 provided on a sleeve 3 of a shirt; and a button hole part 8 provided on the other end of the elastic belt 4 and having a button hole 7 penetrated therethrough, the button hole capable of hooking a sleeve side button 12 attached to a sleeve 2. The elastic belt 4, the button fitting part 5, and the button hole part 8 are integrally formed of an elastically deformable material.
