To prevent the noise from a clutch or a brake device by forming an annular lining attachment part having a projecting portion in the axial direction at an outer edge portion on a clutch disk, and forming a groove part directed to an outer circumferential part and a groove part directed to the inner circumferential side on an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface, respectively, of the projecting portion of the lining attachment part to be attached to a flywheel.

In an idling condition in which a working cylinder 40 is shifted toward a counter-flywheel side, a clutch disk 29 is rotated together with a flywheel 27. The clutch disk 29 itself fixed to the flywheel 27 does not stir, and no noise is generated. In a running condition in which the working cylinder 40 is shifted toward the clutch disk 29 side, a lining 32 is pressed against a friction surface 341 of a rotary disk 34 for clutch, and the lining attachment part 30 is shifted toward the flywheel 27 side by the deflection in the axial direction of a projecting portion 31. The clutch disk 29 is regulated by the working cylinder 40, and no noise is generated.
