A taking out route (30) for taking out the exhaust heat generated from a generator (11) by a thermal medium is provided. A conveying heat exchanger (41) for heat-exchanging the thermal medium with a conveying coolant varying to two-phase is connected to the taking out passage (30). A conveying route (50) for conveying the conveying coolant is connected to the conveying heat exchanger (41) and a plurality of humidity adjusters (20) for utilizing the exhaust heat distributed/conveyed by the conveying route (50) are connected to the conveying route (50). The conveying heat exchanger (41) constitutes one conveying unit (40) together with a coolant pump (42).
