Abstract:
PURPOSE: To transfer slag from a pressurized gasification oven to outside the system stably without fail.
CONSTITUTION: A cooling water supply line A 18 is connected to a connecting pipe 16 connecting a slag cooling section 4 to a slag lock hopper 12 through a valve 11; a cooling water supply line B 13 is connected to the bottom of the slag cooling section 4. The bridging by slag 33 is prevented by supplying cooling water from the supply line A 18 when the valve 11 is closed and from the supply line B 13 when the valve 11 is open.
