Abstract:
To assist in more easily and more precisely grasping characteristics of coal by a user by making good use of aC-NMR spectrum of coal.SOLUTION: A method for estimating physical property values of coal comprises: acquiring first spectral data representing an NMR spectrum as to nuclear speciesC of known coal a physical property value of which is known; specifying relation between an explanatory variable and an objective variable through multivariable analysis using the acquired first spectral data as a sample of the explanatory variable and the physical property value of the known coal as a sample of the objective variables; acquiring second spectral data representing an NMR spectrum as to nuclear speciesC of unknown coal a physical property value of which is unknown; and estimating the physical property value of the known coal based upon the acquired second spectral data and the specified relation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
