Abstract:

To obtain a coated sheet excellent in designing characteristics and having a base composed of a ceramic inorganic material, and provide a coated sheet and its manufacturing method, which enable effective manufacturing without generating cells nor adhering dust.

A coated sheet is formed by providing a base coat layer 2 directly on a base 1 composed of a ceramic inorganic material, or on the base 1 primary-coated on the surface, and providing a top clear layer 3 thereon; or providing a decorative layer on the base coat layer 2, and providing the top clear layer 3 thereon. The coated sheet has the top clear layer 3 coated an ultraviolet-curable color clear wherein a coloring pigment is dispersed in an ultraviolet-curable transparent resin coating, and ultraviolet ray is irradiated on the color clear for curing.
