Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent workability and corrosion resistance of a worked part in a coated steel sheet using a hot dip Al-Zn based plated steel sheet in which the content of Al in the plating film is 20 to 95 mass% as a base steel sheet.
SOLUTION: The plating film is obtained by undergoing a heat history at least in the following (a), and the surface of the plating film is provided with a chemical conversion film, and a specified under coating film and a specified top coating film in order from the lower layer side: (a) a heat history where, after the solidification of plating metal applied for hot dip plating, its temperature is raised, and heating is performed to a temperature T (°C) in the range from 130 to 300°C, and after that, the average cooling rate in the range from the temperature T (°C) to 100°C satisfies ≤C (°C/hr) shown in the following formula (1), or/and a heat history where, after the solidification of plating metal applid for hot dip plating, the average cooling rate from the temperature T (°C) in the range of 130 to 300°C to 100°C satisfies ≤C (°C/hr) shown in the following formula (1): C=(T-100)/2 (1).
