Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent similar to an isocyanate crosslinked product in terms of the adhesion of its resultant crosslinked coating to the base material and in toughness, and excellent in lubricity.
SOLUTION: The coating agent contains (A) a copolymer obtained by the copolymerization of ingredients (1) through (4) and, as required, an ingredient (5), and (B) a crosslinking catalyst. The ingredients are (1) a silicone macromer containing a double bond at one terminal of its molecule, (2) an unsaturated monomer having a carboxy group, or an acid anhydride group, and a double bond in its molecule, (3) an unsaturated silane monomer having a hydrolytic silyl group and a double bond in its molecule, (4) an unsaturated monomer having an amide, imide, carbamate, or urea group, and a double bond in its molecule, (5) and another copolymerizable unsaturated monomer.
