As the support member of a rod-shaped rotary member 3, two rod- shaped rotary member support rollers 4 coming into contact with the rotary shaft of the rod-shaped rotary member 3 in parallel are arranged at a position becoming symmetric with respect to the vertical plane passing the rotary center shaft of the rod-shaped rotary member 3 so as not to come into contact with each other. A coating soln. is mixed and stirred in a container 1 by the rotation of the rod-shaped rotary member support rollers 4 and the vibration of the rod-shaped rotary member in horizontal and vertical directions is reduced.
