This composition comprises a resin-based component composed of about 30-96 wt.% of a resin component, about 1-30 wt.% of a multifunctional acrylate component, and about 1-15 wt.% of a monofunctional acrylate component, and a catalytic component. In practical use, the resin-based component is blended with the catalytic component either inside or outside a spray nozzle, and the resulting sprayable coating composition is sprayed on a substrate.
