Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a metal foil to an electrode material while suppressing rupture of the metal foil.SOLUTION: A coating device 1 includes a coating roll 11 for coating a surface 2a of a metal foil 2 with an electrode material P, and a coating roll 21 for coating a surface 2b of the metal foil 2 with the electrode material P. A shaft A1 of the coating roll 11 and a shaft A2 of the coating roll 21 extend in a direction D2. An outer circumferential surface 11a of the coating roll 11 and an outer circumferential surface 21a of the coating roll 21 are opposite to each other. A rotation direction C1 of the coating roll 11 and a rotation direction C2 of the coating roll 21 are same when viewed from the direction D2.
