Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film polishing device which can polish a coating film, such as a shop primer, of a welding portion of a die steel material when a long die steel material such as an L shaped die steel material is moved and inhibit occurrence of welding defects in welding at a subsequent process, and to provide a die steel material processing system, a coating film polishing method, and a die steel material processing method.SOLUTION: A coating film polishing device includes a first surface brushing device 11a and a second surface brushing device 11b with brushes 11ab, 11b which can contact with corner parts of an end surface 32C of a long die steel material and flat surfaces 32A, 32B which are adjacent to the end surface 32C while rotating. The coating film polishing device is formed provided with a surface brush interval change mechanism which can change a mutual distance D1 between a tip part of the brush 11ab of the first surface brushing device 11a and a tip part of the brush 11bb of the second surface brush device 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
