In the coating head for uniformly applying the coating liquid having the microcapsule dispersed therein on the film, a coating mechanism constituting a pair of the discharging mouth of the coating liquid and the blade edge to set the application amount is installed at two or more portions within one coating head. Using the coating head, the diameter of the microcapsule of the coating liquid to be discharged becomes smaller in turn from the part of a first application.
