Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material capable of forming a coating film excellent in steam sterilization resistance (hereinafter, referred to as retort resistance), processability and corrosion resistance, which contains no constituent components derived from BPA.SOLUTION: A coating material composition contains an acrylic copolymer obtained by using at least one of: a polyester resin (A) in which an aromatic dicarboxylic acid of carboxylic acid components is 70 mol% or more; a phenol resin (B) having an alkoxymethyl group; and an amide-based monomer (C) selected from the group consisting of an N-alkoxyalkyl(meth)acrylamide, an N-hydroxyalkyl(meth)acrylamide and a (meth)acrylamide as an ethylenically unsaturated monomer.
