To provide a coating material having excellent lubricity and powdering resistance as well as excellent corrosion resistance and adhesiveness of the coating material, and provide a part made of a metal or resin and having a coating film on the surface produced by coating the part with the coating material.
A zinc-based corrosion-resistant coating material composed mainly of a filler, fine metal particles and a resin is incorporated with an organic lubricating material or an inorganic lubricating material to obtain the coating material having excellent corrosion-resistance and lubricity. The part having a coating film having excellent corrosion resistance and lubricity on the surface is produced by coating a substrate with the coating material. A substance selected from polyethylene wax and tetrafluoroethylene resin can be used as the organic lubricating material and one or more substances selected from silicon nitride, titanium nitride, boron nitride and molybdenum disulfide can be used as the inorganic lubricating material.
