Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method by using a heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent, by which a tube is suppressed from being positionally shifted due to heat shrinkage even when a step part is coated, and a desired coating portion can be surely coated even when a heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent having a proper required length for the coating is used.SOLUTION: A coating method by using a heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent comprising: covering the heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent on a surface including a step part of a coating target object having a small diameter part, a large diameter part and the step part at a boundary part between them; and covering a portion of the heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent that covers the large diameter part and a portion of the large diameter part that is not covered with the heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent, with a low-temperature heat shrinkable tube having a lower shrinkage start temperature than that of the heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent and a larger inner diameter than an outer diameter of the heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent, and thereafter performing heating to heat-shrink the heat shrinkable tube with adhesive agent and the low-temperature heat shrinkable tube.
