Abstract:

To provide a coating using an oil extracted from kenaf seeds.

This coating is characterized by polymerizing the oil extracted from the kenaf seeds. (1) A process for producing the coating is characterized by comprising a process for adding an organic solvent to the crush product of the kenaf seeds, a process for extracting the oil contained in the kenaf seeds with the organic solvent, a process for removing the organic solvent, and a process for heating the extracted oil. (2) A process for producing the coating is characterized by comprising a process for compressing the kenaf seeds or their crushed product to extract the oil contained in the kenaf seeds and a process for heating the extracted oil.
