Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating spray gun by which various kinds of paint are used and diverse jetting patterns are formed and a beautiful coated surface is efficiently formed.
SOLUTION: On the same axis line behind a paint nozzle 63 fitted to a gun body A equipped with a paint feeding port 6, a compressed air jetting mechanism B equipped with an advancing/retreating means moving forwards and backward corresponding to the supply and stoppage of compressed air into a rod 26 equipped an air nozzle 61 at the head thereof is arranged and supported. Compressed air fed into the rod 26 is jetted to jet paint fed to a paint chamber 2 between both the nozzles by compressed air jetted from the air nozzle 61. The fed compressed air is passed through an outmixing air path which paint nozzle 63 is covered with an air cap 65 in which a central hole 64 is made to form, and is jetted from an annular clearance formed in the outer periphery of the paint jetting port.
