Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial nozzle of a laser beam machine capable of enhancing heat-resistant strength of a nozzle, even when the nozzle overheats.SOLUTION: The coaxial nozzle comprises an inner nozzle 13 for passing a laser beam and inner shield gas G1 through the inside, an outer nozzle 15 provided on the outside of the inner nozzle 13 and jetting outer shield gas G2 from the tip via a cylindrical space 19 secured between the inner nozzle 13 and itself and shield gas supply means S1 and S2 for supplying inert gas as the inner shield gas G1 and supplying inert gas as the outer shield gas G2, and a tip side inner nozzle 13B is constituted of carbon, and the inner shield gas G1 and the outer shield gas G2 flow in a layer flow state.
