Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a troublesome work labor such as new manufacture or replacement required by abrasion of a curl piece by dispensing with the curl piece which is a tool for caulking an eyelet; and to improve fixing strength of the eyelet and safety during a work by preventing generation of a crack on the tip of a cylindrical part of the eyelet body.SOLUTION: A curl formation part for introducing, spreading outward and curling circularly the tip of a cylindrical part of an eyelet body is formed integrally with a washer by extending the outer peripheral edge of the washer and bending it to the center direction, to thereby allow the washer to have a function for curling the tip of the cylindrical part of the eyelet.
