Abstract:
To provide a coffee extractor that can extract coffee liquid without pressing down a piston.SOLUTION: The coffee extractor 1 includes a bottomed cylindrical container 2 and a piston 3 that can hold a filter 4. The extractor is constituted so that the piston 3 can descend by its own weight while the outer peripheral surface 31 of the piston 3 is surface slide contact with the inner peripheral surface 21 of the container 2. The piston 3 is equipped with a piston body 32 that has a circular outer peripheral surface 31 in plane view and a filter press 33 that is detachably connected to the lower surface of the piston body 32. There is a filter 4 held between the lower surface of the piston body 32 and the upper surface of the filter press 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
