Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an easy to use coffee percolator with a lid to cover the water tank.
CONSTITUTION: A separation wall 39 is attached to a lid part 37 of a water tank 21 to intercept the water tank 21 from the zone surrounding a rotation axis 36 of a percolator proper 23. A vast volume of vapor produced in the water tank 21 is retained in the water tank 21 by the separation wall 39 and is prevented from penetrating into the zone for rotation axis 36. Further, whenever the lid part 37 is opened or closed, the dew condensation does not flow into the zone for the rotation axis, 36 nor does the dew condensation drip from the percolator proper 23 to drench and contaminate the percolator proper 23 and its periphery.
