To provide a coherent laser radar system capable of increase of a transmission power and high SN measurement.
This system is provided with a CW light source part 1 for outputting a plurality of CW laser light having different wavelengths, a light branching part 2 for branching in two the plurality of CW laser light relative to each wavelength into seed light and local light, an optical fiber amplifier 4 for amplifying the seed light, a transmitting/receiving optical system 6 for irradiating the amplified laser light toward a target and receiving scattered light from the target, a light mixing part 7 for separating received light relative to each wavelength and mixing it respectively with received light from the transmitting/receiving optical system acquired by separating the local light from the light branching part relative to each corresponding wavelength, a light receiving part 8 for performing light coherent detection of mixed light relative to each wavelength, and a signal processing part 9 for extracting target information based on a received signal from the light receiving part. Hereby, measurement having a high SN ratio or high accuracy is enabled.
