Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate winding of a coil to the coil bobbin by a method wherein a connecting part protective tube to accommodate a groove for holding of lead wires and the connecting parts of the lead wires and outside lead wires is provided. CONSTITUTION:The winding starting part and the winding end part of a coil 10 are led out as the lead wires 11, and the coil 10 is wound around the trunk part 3 for coil winding. An outside lead wires 12 are inserted through a fixing hole 9 from the trunk part 3 side for coil winding, and moreover the tips of the outside lead wires 12 are inserted in the connecting part protective tube 8 to reach the groove 6, and are drawn out outside of the coil bobbin 1. Then the lead wires 11 and the outside lead wires 12 are welded to be formed in one body, the lead wires 11 are accommodated in the groove 6 from a notch 7, the outside lead wires 12 are drawn from the fixing hole 9 side, and the connecting parts 13 of the lead wire 11 and the outside lead wires 12 are accommodated in the connecting part protective tube 8.
